12/22/22. Heartworm treatment needed asap. A foster home or adopter who can handle her heartworm treatment care would be ideal.

"Minnie" turned up as a stray in Palm Beach AC. She has had a hard life for such a young girl and is Heartworm positive. She needs treatment and some groceries.
